Galimulator simulates the wars, revolutions, politics, research and various other bizarre events in a randomly generated galaxy. Watch as space empires endure epic struggles for power. You decide if you want to:

  • Watch in Observer mode
  • Play around freely in Sandbox mode
  • Take control in Emperor mode

  • Compared to the Android version, this version has No ads, Timelapse (just press the number keys) variable screen size. But sadly no Leaderboards. And of course performance should be much better.

    Empires will:

  • Wage war to conquer more stars
  • Build ships to fight and do other strange things
  • Encounter strange space monsters
  • Venture out on intergalactic quests
  • Research new technology
  • Switch politics between expansion, fortification and more
  • Build powerful (or useless) artifacts in space
  • Transcend to unimaginable hyperbliss

  • Ultimately they will go away, crushed by a stronger race, victims of internal strife, eaten by space monsters, or some other fate. But new ones will take their place. It's the hypercircle of interstellar life in space.

In Emperor mode, you can control your own empire by using your Flagship to boost expansion and defense, build and control your ships, and manage your Spy network.

In Sandbox mode, you have full freedom to do pretty much what you want. Make empires degenerate, throw meteors at them, etc.

Or you can just observe, like an aquarium, except with interstellar space empires instead of fish.

Do you want to join beta testing for the PC version? Drop me an email or a tweet, I am looking for volunteers!

    Name an Empire!

Email me an Empire name you would like to have included in the game! The name will show up at random for all other users of the game starting the next release.

DISCLAIMER: I reserve the right to decline anything controversial (like trademarked names or some real life references). Contact me in advance ahead before you buy the game if you want to be sure, I will happily help you try to find an alternative :)

    Name a Dynasty!

Galimulator includes Dynasties! They are basically family lineages of people who can control certain positions in empires, ships, stars, artifacts etc. You will be able to track a Dynasty as they progress and spread their tentacles (perhaps literally, I don't know) across the empire.

If you buy the game, you may choose a family (last) name to appear among the randomly generated names! It will appear randomly for everyone playing the game, starting the release after you make the purchase.

    Name an Alliance!

The next release of Galimulator will include Alliances! They are groups of empires, being best buddies, hanging out together, talking about those other really lame alliances, or the good old days when these inexplicable meteor storms weren't flying around everywhere.

If you buy the game, you may choose an Alliance name to appear among the randomly generated names! It will appear randomly for everyone playing the game, starting the release after you make the purchase.

Other alliances will be named as abbreviations, capital letters separated by dots, e.g.: S.N.O.D. You may choose to follow this format, or be a free spirit and name it any way you like:

    Make a Religion!

The next update of Galimulator will add Religions to the game!

The feature is still not finished, but it will be something like this:

    • Each empire has a state religion
    • Each star will have one religious majority and perhaps some minorities, they will spread in various ways throughout the galaxy
    • Religions will have different attributes that impact the empires in different ways (I am open to suggestions!)
    • Diplomacy between empires is obviously affected by religion
    • Religions may, similarly to empires, have states and phases

There will be 12 major religions that make up the foundation of faith in the galaxy, possibly with minor variations of them. There will never be more than 12, and here's your chance to define one of those!

So drop a note here with a rough outline of what you would like, and how I can reach you on Discord or email, and we will work out the details (or you can leave it to me if you prefer). If you are not sure if your idea will fly, reach me on email or Discord and we can discuss it :)

    Some rules:

    • Religions must be completely fictional, and may not reference real life religions or people
    • Religions must not reference existing works of fiction though, so no, no Jedi is possible.
    • Religions do not need to be religious at all, and they may be silly :)
    • I do reserve the right to reject aspects of your religion, I'm the one who has to implement this thing after all.
